Copyright Infringement- Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and published on our site in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, you must follow the process outlined below. To file a copyright infringement notice with us, you must submit a written communication via email that includes the following:
A description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property that you claim has been infringed.
Identification of the infringing material, including sufficient details to allow us to locate the content (e.g., a direct URL to the infringing material, screenshots etc).
A statement affirming that the complainant has a good faith belief that the disputed use of the material is unauthorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in the notification is accurate and that the complainant is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Contact information for the complaining party, including an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address where the party can be reached.
A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner whose rights are allegedly infringed.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly submits a false claim of copyright infringement may be held liable for damages, including legal fees. Additionally, information provided in a DMCA notice may be shared with the person responsible for the allegedly infringing content.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that content you uploaded was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent. This counter-notification must include:
Your name, address, and telephone number.
A description of the material that was removed and its previous location on our site (e.g., a direct URL to the content).
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your location, or if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the infringement claim.
Your physical or electronic signature.
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the Copyright Act, any person who knowingly misrepresents that content was removed in error may be subject to liability.
